Overview

Acorns is seeking a Banking Operations Associate to oversee daily risk operations for our Banking product, serving as a subject matter expert and supporting customer experience enhancements.

• Conduct thorough reviews and inquiries on suspicious customer bank accounts.
• Analyze potentially fraudulent activity to minimize loss.

• Maintain accurate case detail notes for alerts received.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• 1-3 years of banking/operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in an Agile environment preferred.
• Experience in a fintech environment preferred.
