Overview

The Bank & Operation Associate is a fully remote position focused on facilitating the onboarding process for banks and payment processors, ensuring a strong foundation for LemFi and its partners.

In Short

• Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for banks and payment processors.
• Coordinate and communicate requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and complete necessary onboarding forms and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned onboarding projects.
• Assist with documentation for existing banking and processor partnerships.
• Engage in cross-functional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced education degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in a related role at a fintech or financial institution.
• Detail-oriented with project-driven acumen.
• Excellent analytical, research, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to global operational needs.
• Additional languages, such as Portuguese or Spanish, are a plus.
