Overview

The Associate Customer Success Partner serves as a critical member of the Account Management team, responsible for the retention, expansion, and overall growth of enterprise accounts at First Advantage.

In Short

  • Focus on driving revenue through the sale of First Advantage products.
  • Develop and execute account plans for named accounts.
  • Ensure and expand revenue through effective resource deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external customer stakeholders.
  • Engage internal resources to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver customer business reviews.
  • Analyze trends and recommend changes to customer programs.
  • Manage customer contractual documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer risk and compliance programs.
  • Establish excellent customer relationships to provide superior service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales account management.
  • Experience in a professional sales environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • 30% travel required.
  • Demonstrate consultative sales capabilities.
