The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a technical resource for designated customers, ensuring their needs are met across various offerings and advocating for their technical issues within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years in technical project management or similar roles.
  • Experience with Firewalls and complex network infrastructures.
  • Client-server applications and Unix/Linux system administration experience.
  • Active technical certification (e.g., CCNA).
  • Understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Proven success in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
