Overview

As a Staff Data Engineer at Fi, you will play a critical role in building the data infrastructure that powers next-generation wearable devices for dogs, driving real-time insights and analytics.

In Short

Own the data foundation by designing and executing scalable, high-performance data infrastructure.
Develop and maintain robust data warehouses and/or data lakes.
Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT processes.
Work closely with the ML team to develop data pipelines for machine learning models.
Interface with research teams to understand data needs and optimize data models.

Requirements

4+ years of professional data engineering experience.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and distributed systems.
Experience with AWS, Databricks, and Apache Spark.
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
