The Accounting Support Advisor II is a subject matter expert and key escalation point on our support team, tasked with resolving complex customer issues and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, or related field.
• 1-4 years of professional support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complex customer issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with support ecosystems like Zendesk and JIRA.
• SQL certification or experience is a plus.
• Experience in a technical support role is desirable.
