In Short

• Design, implement, and manage scalable data processing platforms for analytics.
• Build and manage core data infrastructure from ingestion through ETL.
• Automate, test, and harden all data workflows.
• Architect logical and physical data models.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in applying best practices.
• Develop systems for distributed real-time analytics.
• Implement strategies for acquiring data to develop new insights.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster growth within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with high volume data infrastructure.
• Experience with Databricks, AWS, ETL, and job orchestration tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java.
• Experience in data security, governance, and quality.
• Proficient with SQL, AWS, databases, Apache Spark, and Kinesis/Kafka.
• Experience in modern data engineering SDLC including Agile methodology.
• Knowledge in open source and data frameworks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
