Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software development, ideally in SaaS.
• 5+ years experience in C# and web-based applications.
• 3+ years as a manager of an engineering team.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices preferred.
• Ability to improve team practices and ensure quality.
• Experience in leading and providing feedback to others.
• Willingness to learn and grow through various means.
