• Lead and build engineering teams for MarTech solutions.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and data for innovation.
• Own systems and integrations for websites and customer targeting.
• Drive product from concept to launch and operations.
• Develop and execute a robust technical strategy.
• Oversee migration strategies from third-party to in-house solutions.
• Manage project planning activities including sprint planning and budgeting.
• Hire and develop your team into defined roles.
• Improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Increase sales performance and product adoption.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams.
• Software Management skills in online or SaaS products.
• Customer focus informed by user interaction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with MarTech solutions like Google Ads and Salesforce.
