Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in scalable and secure architectures.
• Experience with AWS preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in FinTech or regulated industries preferred.
