In Short

• Lead data engineering and analytics teams to enhance automation and AI solutions.
• Own ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion from external marketplaces.
• Design and operate data pipelines ensuring freshness and low latency.
• Develop metrics layers and dashboards for business insights.
• Implement AI solutions to automate manual workflows.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team and vendor relationships.
• Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Work with various technologies including Snowflake, Airflow, and AWS.
• Drive analytics and reporting initiatives across the organization.
• Foster collaboration with product, operations, and finance teams.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in data engineering/analytics with leadership experience.
• Experience in high-scale data ingestion from diverse sources.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience in analytics engineering and product analytics.
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems in production.
• Marketplace or fintech experience preferred.
• Ability to scale teams in high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of alternative assets or collectibles is a bonus.
