• Lead the Core Data Engineering team and Fandango360 marketing data platform.

• Integrate data architecture with entertainment and advertising use cases.
• Mentor and scale a team of 10-15 engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data products.
• Architect solutions for data ingestion and analytics using AWS services.
• Oversee integrations with internal and external platforms.
• Support deployment of ML models into production pipelines.
• Ensure ethical and compliant data use with Privacy and Legal teams.
• Drive innovation in clean room technology and marketing data activation.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in data engineering with big data and ETL pipelines.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience with AWS technologies including Glue and Lambda.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
• Familiarity with API and microservices architecture.
• Experience building data warehouses and ML pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile development practices.
