Overview

The Director of Data Engineering will support our Analytics team in building a modern, scalable, and high-performance data platform, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and maintain robust data pipelines across platforms like Google Cloud Platform and Snowflake.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 2+ years of experience designing and automating ETL pipelines.
• Proficient in Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and cloud infrastructure.
• Skilled in using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with healthcare data compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
