Director of Data & Site Analytics Engineering Services - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Contractor based out of Argentina or Mexico for our Director of Data & Site Analytics Engineering Services, responsible for leading product analytics strategy and execution.

In Short

• Own product analytics strategy and execution.
• Scale a small but mighty team to provide strategic insights for user growth and retention.
• Build processes to ensure data availability for business leaders.
• Develop goals, metrics, timeline, and communication plans for analytics goals.
• Partner internally to seek feedback and diverse perspectives.
• Interface with the executive team to unlock insights into users and business.
• Own the business intelligence reporting environment in Tableau and self-serve analytics tool (Heap).
• Ensure accurate reporting and data availability for structured data sets.
• Provide oversight to the website team managing the CMS and analytics support.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Data Analytics.
• 2+ years leading product analytics and business intelligence teams.
• Advanced statistics and SQL technical skills.
• Ability to execute and lead, driving projects forward.
• Exceptional mentoring experience.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and facilitating meetings.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Direct experience with Tableau and product analytics platforms like Heap.
• Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese preferred.
