Overview

This is a unique opportunity for you to be on the frontlines, interacting with new potential investors. You will represent Alto to the world and will be the face and voice of our company, interacting directly with the people we created Alto to serve—individual investors.

In Short

  • Be the guiding light for new investors venturing into alternative asset investing.
  • Meet sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Seek new sales by responding to inbound leads and conducting outbound outreach.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s financial products.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and analyses for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.
  • Adhere strictly to industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 or Series 82 and 63/66.
  • 4+ years experience selling financial services to individual investors.
  • Prior startup experience a plus.
  • Proven track record in sales in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
