Senior Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for improving collaboration and efficiency on various projects in the Care Delivery engineering group throughout the development lifecycle and help support and lead the engineers to deliver quality software to our customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and management.
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with MVC frameworks like Rails or Django.
• Proficient in writing clean and testable code.
• Experience with ML/AI projects.
• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Curiosity about new technologies.
