Overview

The Sales Representative will work closely within the sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company business strategy.

In Short

  • Field-based role requiring daily face-to-face sales efforts in the Atlanta market.
  • Accountable for all sales activities from lead generation to close in assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement an Operating Plan to meet personal and business sales goals.
  • Manage a territory with many customers across various markets.
  • Prospect and establish new customers by managing a sales pipeline.
  • Sell consultatively, detailing products and determining customer needs.
  • Work with sales management to develop strategic territory business plans.
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage resources to implement company marketing strategies.
  • Represent and develop strong relationships with manufacturers.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a complex sales environment.
  • Experience with consultative, strategic selling approaches.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required.
  • CRM experience is essential.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations.
  • Preferred background in Science or Medical Technology.
  • Experience in Academia or laboratory environments is a plus.
