• Seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Director.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, USA Patriot Act, and AML regulations.
• Achieve and maintain Nacha certification for Third-Party Senders.
• Implement best practices for TPPPA Compliance Management.
• Develop strategies for reducing risk from fraud and illegal acts.
• Evaluate compliance and risk management practices continuously.
• Design and deliver business processes related to fraud prevention.
• Drive PCI and HIPAA compliance in collaboration with security office.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to Executive management.
• Manage external audits, reviews, and examinations.

Requirements

• Experience with BSA, AML, KYC rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management practices.
• Strong understanding of PCI and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to implement compliance processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Experience in preparing compliance reports.
• Ability to manage audits and examinations.
