Overview

Find.co is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Business Development – Crypto to lead the commercial go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Crypto vertical. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying and scaling revenue opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and shaping Find.co’s broader crypto content and product strategy.

In Short

  • Craft and execute the GTM strategy for Find.co’s Crypto vertical.
  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify high-potential revenue opportunities, including affiliate partnerships, CPA/revenue share deals, paid placements, and custom marketing packages.
  • Guide internal teams on where Find.co can win in Crypto.
  • Source, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with crypto platforms and fintech products.
  • Negotiate and close revenue-generating deals.
  • Design full-funnel campaigns and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor account managers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Editorial, and Marketing teams.
  • Report on performance metrics and revenue projections.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a business development or partnerships role within an affiliate or media company.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in performance marketing in the Crypto vertical.
  • Deep expertise in affiliate models and content monetization.
  • Strong relationships within the crypto ecosystem.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
