Overview

The Manager, Digital Asset Accounting will lead the accounting operations focusing on digital assets, wallets, and tokenized products, ensuring compliance and precision in a fast-evolving ecosystem.

In Short

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile cash and digital wallet accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Implement integrations with digital asset accounting tools.
• Maintain internal controls and develop accounting policies.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for automation in transaction tracking.
• Manage audit preparation and supporting workpapers.
• Support new product launches with financial infrastructure.
• Mentor a small team of accounting professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2 years in crypto or digital asset accounting.
• Knowledge of wallet infrastructure and blockchain ledger tracing.
• Working knowledge of tokenized assets.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
