  • Identify and generate new sales within existing and new customers.
  • Establish strong business-owner relationships.
  • Onboard, educate, and enable customers.
  • Develop end-to-end account plans and strategies.
  • Monitor customer life cycles and contribute to their journey.
  • Provide full-cycle post-sales activities including renewals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Negotiate new contract terms on SaaS renewals.
  • Drive resolution of account issues.
  • Become a subject matter expert in product functionality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Analyst for SaaS products.
  • 3+ years of experience in the logistics industry preferred.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a genuine interest in customer needs.
  • Problem-solving skills to deliver technical solutions.
  • Interpersonal intelligence to navigate customer relationships.
  • Data analysis skills to generate insights.
  • Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce.
