In Short

• Review and approve order forms to ensure they align with company policies and revenue recognition rules
• Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity by auditing order forms, and coordinate with internal teams to investigate discrepancies or reconciling items and follow up to conclusion
• Process orders accurately and timely by following internal processes and procedures, while maintaining SLA requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address internal inquiries about billing issues
• Ensure internal compliance with established policies
• Ad-hoc projects as they arise

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in order management
• Experience working for a fast-paced SaaS business
• Experience working with a payment processor (e.g. Stripe, Square, Paypal, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
• Strong Excel skills
