• Develop and execute the international go-to-market strategy for Figma for Education.
• Prioritize India, Brazil, Singapore, and Australia in 2025.
• Hire, manage, and support a team of regional education leads.
• Build programmatic processes for selling, onboarding, and supporting customers.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, and Marketing for regional compliance.
• Design and launch community programs to build awareness.
• Measure success through data-driven insights.
• Represent Figma in international education conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in international expansion or education sales.
• Track record of launching and scaling programs in new markets.
• Education industry experience, knowledge of K-12 and higher ed.
• Experience with programmatic process building.
• Strong team leadership skills, managing remote teams.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset for tracking and analyzing metrics.
• Comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.
