Overview

As an Education Manager at Boulevard, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering impactful training programs for the Medspa vertical, enhancing operational efficiency and providing industry expertise.

• Maintain operations of industry training with a focus on continual improvement.
• Schedule and support all stakeholders involved in training experiences.
• Contribute to Education planning efforts and overall strategy.

• Understand customer needs and proactively solve pain points.
• Serve as Lead Educator and develop Medspa industry knowledge.
• Support Sales conversations and product demonstrations.
• Establish metrics to track training impact and propose improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a trainer/educator.
• 5 years of Medspa management experience.
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
• Experience designing technical course content.
• Working knowledge in Salesforce, G Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to travel for events and tradeshows.
