In Short

• Lead an engineering organization, defining and developing the roadmap and technical strategy.
• Work closely with Engineering Teams to build the infrastructure for real-time collaboration.
• Support the development of new teams and areas in Infrastructure.
• Build a healthy, scalable, inclusive, and growth-oriented engineering organization.
• Establish trust within and across teams, creating accountability and a positive work environment.
• Help build and drive initiatives for an inclusive and diverse team and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering leader.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering roles, ideally reaching staff level.
• Experience building and scaling high-throughput distributed systems.
• Proven leadership skills in building high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong partnership mentality and ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
