Overview

As Social Work Team Manager within Adult Services, you’ll lead a locality-based team to deliver high quality, person-centred statutory social work services for adults and their carers. You will be accountable for safe decision-making, effective risk management and consistent professional standards across the team, ensuring people receive timely assessment, support planning and review that improves outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration.
• Significant post-qualifying experience in adult social work.
• Experience in supervising and developing staff.
• Strong knowledge of Adult Support and Protection legislation.
• Ability to manage complex casework and make defensible decisions.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel across Fife.
• Commitment to high quality, rights-based and person-centred practice.
