Part-Time Event Manager for Candlelight Concerts - Remote

Overview

Fever is looking for a part-time onsite Event Manager for Candlelight Concerts in Portland, Oregon, responsible for managing events and staff while ensuring a great experience for attendees.

In Short

• Act as main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events.
• Set staff schedules and communicate with staffing agency.
• Train staff in their duties at events.
• Drive uHaul with event supplies to/from venues.
• Manage inventory and track supplies.
• Handle guest lists and manage event remarks.
• Report weekly to Project Managers about event status.
• Evaluate potential venues for events.
• Opportunity to grow within the company.
• Represent Fever and Candlelight brand professionally.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in event management.
• Passion for live music and organizing events.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience leading an on-site team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a pressured environment.
• Knowledge of AV and PA systems (desirable).
• Personal laptop required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
