Event Manager for Candlelight Concerts - Remote

Overview

We are seeking Event Managers to join our on-site events team to assist and manage Fever Originals’ flagship experience, Candlelight. This position is freelance and with flexible hours varying month to month dependent on availability.

In Short

• Manage and deliver events for Candlelight concerts.
• Follow instructions and manage scheduled event timings.
• Implement production details and company policies.
• Act as Artist Liaison and report issues to managers.
• Handle on-site logistical issues and manage sound checks.
• Direct and support the event team.
• Ensure high-quality execution of events.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints.
• Provide feedback and reports after events.
• Encourage high performance and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years event management experience (preferred).
• Keen interest in live music and delivering events.
• Sound engineering skills (desirable).
• Public speaking skills (desirable).
• Exceptional customer service skills (required).
• Highly competent in team management (required).
• Strong problem-solving skills (required).
• Ability to work under pressure (required).
