Customer Service Agent: Portuguese (Morning Shift) - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at Fever, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while working remotely.

In Short

• Provide customer service via email, phone, or social media.
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information using appropriate methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
• Engage customers proactively.
• Perform parallel work for the Operations Department.
• Work schedule: 8 am - 4 pm with a 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service.
• Experience using Zendesk preferred.
• High level of Portuguese and fluency in English.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented and reliable.
• Detail-oriented with time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
• Must reside in Spain.
