Overview

Fever is looking for a Customer Service Agent who will provide exceptional service to our customers while working from home. The role involves assisting customers via email, phone, and social media, ensuring their inquiries and complaints are handled efficiently.

In Short

• Provide customer service via email, phone, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Offer accurate information using the right tools.

• Work schedule: 4 PM - 12 AM with a 30-minute break.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Work from home position.

Requirements

• Experience in User Support or Customer Service.
• Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred.
• High level of Portuguese and fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes.
• Organized and decisive.

• Must reside in Spain.
