In Short

• Support the founders in business development, operations, finance, and HR.
• Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct feasibility studies for Agri-PV (Agricultural Photovoltaic) projects.
• Help coordinate and manage internal and external communications.
• Assist with day-to-day activities to drive company growth.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in renewable energy, agriculture, or tech industries.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, proficiency in German at least C1 is required.
• You are independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with business tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace is preferred.
