Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B SaaS Account Management or Customer Success experience.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience handling a large book of business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Negotiation skills for renewals and growth.
  • Organized and efficient in managing tasks.
  • Ability to understand product features and apply them to customer needs.
  • Experience managing a revenue pipeline.
  • Outcome-focused with a commitment to customer success.
