The Remote Clover Technical Support Representative at Fiserv provides exceptional service and technical support to small business merchants using Clover® point of sale systems, assisting them in getting started and resolving any issues they encounter.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for Clover® technical support.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
  • Understanding of financial transactions and payments.
  • Experience in a technical support or call center environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of computers and web applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quiet home working environment required.
  • Internet speed requirements: Ping < 50 ms, Download > 12 Mbps, Upload > 2 Mbps.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
