Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of the video gaming industry and e-commerce.
  • Technical proficiency in front-end web development and CRM platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred candidates are based in the Central Time Zone.
