In Short

• Own the end-to-end development of ML models across the ads stack.
• Build best-in-class models in areas such as ads retrieval, ranking, auction optimization, bidding, and pacing.
• Help define the roadmap and technical culture of the Ads Data team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience using machine learning to solve real-world problems.
• Demonstrated ownership of the full ML lifecycle.
• Strong programming skills and willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
