In Short

• Design and prototype machine learning algorithms and LLM workflows for document understanding and generation
• Curate, process, and analyze business-critical healthcare data to support robust model development
• Partner with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into scalable production systems
• Continuously explore and apply new ML/AI techniques in a rapidly evolving field

Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning, data science, or computational software development
• Proficiency in Python and standard ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Ability to independently define problems, build prototypes, and evaluate results
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
• This is a remote-first role, with opportunities for in-person collaboration at our Raleigh-Durham headquarters.
