Aspirion is seeking a Senior Analytics Experience Designer to enhance the way information is presented to users, focusing on operational dashboards and executive-level reporting.

In Short

  • Join discovery sessions with the BI Product Manager.
  • Design user experiences for BI reporting products.
  • Understand user needs for operational and leadership contexts.
  • Prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Maintain Power BI visual standards and documentation.
  • Track usage and effectiveness of delivered designs.
  • Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing data experiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
  • Experience with user discovery methods.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to work independently in a small team.
