Requirements

  • 12+ years in CRM and lifecycle marketing, ideally in ecommerce.
  • Proven track record in building CRM strategies with measurable impact.
  • Expertise in data science models for personalized marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills in funnel optimization and metrics.
  • Fluency in CRM technology stacks and automation platforms.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with technical teams.
  • Leadership skills in mentoring and developing marketing talent.
  • Able to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.
