In Short

• Coordinate and schedule all interviews across multiple time zones.
• Own candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Act as a friendly and professional representative of ezCater.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers for smooth workflows.
• Manage interview logistics in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Monitor and manage scheduling changes or conflicts.
• Partner with the Candidate Experience team to enhance processes.
• Support offer and onboarding logistics with the People Operations team.
• Participate in reporting and hiring metric tracking.
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a recruiting or administrative coordination role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative attitude to support candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and an ATS.
• Ability to work in standard EST or CST hours.
• Genuine interest in recruiting and operations.
