Overview

The Technical Account Manager will partner with sales, product and delivery teams to uncover new opportunities and solutions for large financial services clients based on their custom requirements, business drivers and technology needs.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain close strategic partnerships across all levels of the Financial Services Client.
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to leverage Experian solutions.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities using sales and technical experience.
  • Communicate complex concepts and share industry knowledge.
  • Identify new ways to maintain and strengthen current partnerships.
  • Articulate the voice of the customer to improve Experian solutions.
  • Report to the VP of Strategic Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years experience in designing solutions for financial services.
  • Experience in uncovering and designing complex solutions.
  • Background in Financial Services or Technology.
  • Understanding of financial institutions’ processes and KPI's.
  • Knowledge of corporate financial priorities and technical environments.
  • Travel required.
