Senior SOAR Engineer - Remote

Overview

Experian is seeking a Senior SOAR Engineer to enhance security automation strategies and lead initiatives integrating GenAI and Agentic Frameworks.

In Short

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain SOAR playbooks and automation workflows.
• Integrate GenAI and Agentic Frameworks into security workflows.
• Collaborate with threat detection engineers and SOC analysts.
• Develop custom scripts and tools using Python.
• Participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Agile development efforts and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and analysts.
• Report to the Engineering and SOAR Manager.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience with SOAR platforms like Google Chronicle.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting languages.
• Understanding of incident response and threat detection.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience integrating GenAI solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data transformation techniques.
• Exposure to cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bonus: Security certifications such as CISSP.
