Overview

The Senior QA Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of payer data integrations and eligibility workflows at Experian Health. This position involves collaboration with developers, product managers, and database administrators to validate complex data flows and support AWS migration efforts.

In Short

  • Design and execute test plans for payer data workflows and EDI connections.
  • Perform regression, functional, and performance testing across Clearinghouse systems.
  • Identify and document defects in data processing pipelines.
  • Develop automated test scripts using QA tools, SQL, and MongoDB.
  • Produce detailed QA reports highlighting test coverage and defects.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand data validation requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related quality issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning to ensure QA readiness.
  • Enhance QA processes and tooling in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Work in a flexible environment with the option to work remotely.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in QA or similar role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools for QA reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in QA are beneficial.
  • 3+ years' experience with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
  • Exposure to programming languages or scripting tools for automation.
