Overview

The Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as a strategic partner to clients in the healthcare sector, driving adoption and ensuring long-term success with Experian's Claims and Contract Manager product solutions.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Manage client implementations and facilitate updates and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Optimization, Product, and Development teams.
  • Evaluate client use of product suite and recommend best practices.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews showcasing ROI and strategic opportunities.
  • Guide clients through post-go-live optimization based on their Statements of Work.
  • Be the product expert for the Claims Scrubber and Contract Manager solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in healthcare IT and revenue cycle management.
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience with Experian Health's solutions.
  • 1+ year expertise with AI from a Claims perspective.
  • Background in change management and strategic client engagement.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20–25% to client sites.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
