  • 5+ years in healthcare IT and revenue cycle management required.
  • 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle account management.
  • 2+ years experience with relevant healthcare IT products.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM expertise required.
  • Occasional travel to client sites (20%-25%) required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT and revenue cycle management.
  • Experience with client relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze and improve client product usage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
