The Senior Data Analyst will help shape the future of employer services, focusing on HR compliance and outsourcing. This role involves developing and implementing data-driven solutions to ensure strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

In Short

Execute tasks through the Data Services ticketing system.
Mentor team members on best practices.
Review peer deliverables for accuracy and governance standards.
Troubleshoot data issues flagged by client-facing teams.
Influence strategies related to system upgrades and data ingestion.
Provide occasional weekend support for software upgrades.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Develop data solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in database and application development.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Experience troubleshooting SSIS packages.
Experience with data visualization using Power BI.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with data modeling principles.
Proficiency in Python or PowerShell.
Experience collaborating across teams.
