The Data Operations Specialist will help shape the future of employer services, focusing on HR compliance and outsourcing. This role involves developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enable strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

• Execute tasks via the Data Services ticketing system.
• Set up and manage file automation using GoAnywhere.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data operations.
• Assist in onboarding new data sources.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize data issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for data-related issues.
• Provide occasional weekend support for upgrades and testing.
• Report to the Manager of Data Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data operations or engineering.
• Experience developing data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with GoAnywhere MFT platform.
• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell.
• Experience collaborating across teams.
