Overview

The Senior Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will partner with regional and Business Unit finance leaders to guide financial performance, lead forecasting cycles, and develop insights through data analysis.

• Partner with Business Unit CFOs on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Manage the regional strategic planning process and provide insights to leadership.
• Execute monthly and quarterly deliverables, annual budgets, and long-term planning.
• Understand the market landscape to identify growth opportunities.

• Develop tools and dashboards for scalable analysis.
• Collaborate with technology finance teams on regional spend.
• Evolve finance practices with AI and digital solutions.
• Provide insights based on industry data.
• Champion productivity initiatives and Agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience in building financial narratives for executives.
• Experience with predictive analyses and large datasets.
• Proficiency in automation and advanced analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
