Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - Remote

Overview

You will be the primary finance partner to our Technology Organization. You will oversee the annual budget, forecasting, long-range planning, month-end, Capex planning, investment governance, and business case development. You will also create financial transparency, discipline, and strategic decision support across a multi-year technology roadmap. You will report into the VP of Finance.

This is a visible role requiring advanced analytical capabilities, and a history of guiding senior technology and business leaders. You combine deep FP&A expertise with experience driving value from technology investments.

In Short

• Lead and inspire a global team of finance professionals.
• Oversee the end-to-end Capex planning process.
• Partner with Technology and Product to prioritize the Capex portfolio.
• Monitor investment performance against approved business cases.
• Lead review of complex business cases.
• Support executive level presentations with decision-ready insights.
• Use advanced analytics and GenAI tools for modeling efficiency.
• Identify trends, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Lead monthly operating reviews with senior leadership.
• Strengthen financial governance across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Experience providing financial planning support to technology teams.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise.
• Experience working in cloud-based data environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools.
