Overview

As a Senior Claims and Remit Support Developer, you'll serve as a resource to a software development team to ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations including customer support of provider-specific claim processing solutions, implementing, and configuring customer environments, analysis, and maintenance within the Experian Health product portfolio.

In Short

  • Ensure provider-specific support development and processes meet corporate policies for security and software development standards.
  • Identify and encourage process improvement within the team.
  • Provide training and support, and mentor team members.
  • Participate in code and design reviews.
  • Research complex issues and identify solutions.
  • Perform routing program and system maintenance.
  • Resolve product performance obstacles.
  • Collaborate with teams for product stability.
  • Convert business requirements to code deployment.
  • Deliver provider-specific solutions promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of programming and analysis experience.
  • Strong C#, SQL required.
  • Clear understanding of X12 healthcare transactions required.
  • .NET, scripting, and automation preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare industry.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Adept in agile team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
