Overview

As a Claims and Remit Support Developer at Experian, you will be responsible for software development and support of provider-specific claim processing solutions, implementing, and configuring customer environments, analysis, and maintenance within the Experian Health product portfolio.

In Short

  • Ensure provider-specific support development meets corporate policies for security and quality.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team.
  • Identify and encourage process improvement.
  • Use debugging techniques to identify and correct errors.
  • Work with claims core development to align programming with product core components.
  • Deliver provider-specific solutions promptly.
  • Communicate with internal and external project teams.
  • Perform routine program and system maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of programming and analysis experience.
  • Experience in C# and SQL.
  • Experience in .NET, scripting, and automation preferred.
  • Clear understanding of X12 healthcare transactions required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry required.
  • Work in an Agile team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
